The role is open with a fmcg multinational, It needs the person to go deep and wide .

You need to be a seasoned marketing professional who can contribute significantly to the ongoing growth trajectory.

You would lead the brand development and brand building activity for the core brands, working closely with the category team you need to ensure the development of the right strategy mix for the different markets / executional excellence and the ability to work across diverse markets and in a matrix structure.

You would identify the key growth drivers / opportunities / formulate a 3-5 year glide path for the region. Your strategy should be based on consumer insights/ competitive analysis and market analysis and an in-depth understanding of the emerging trends in the different markets.

What you need to bring to the party....a stable and successful track record in the consumer goods industry, should have ideally operated within complex zones . change agility along with intellectual depth to think in and out of the box as the market for the brand you will handle is Iconic and has a fierce competitive landscape.

Your areas of expertise should cover Strategic Brand Evaluation, Copy Planning and Media Management, Product launches, Project and Innovation Management, Communication Channel Management, Integrated Brand Communication and Activation, Channel and Customer Marketing Development.
