Position: Group Product Manager (Multiple Positions)

Job purpose:
To take care of all aspects of the brand performance, plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the development of the brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation of Brand Plans
- Monitoring the performance of the brand in the marketplace
- To constantly monitor the performance of brands in the market by monitoring market share, competition activity, through active interaction with Regional/Branch Sales team
- To obtain the first-hand feel of the brand performance in all focus markets through trade visits and interaction with trade and consumers
- Initiate consumer research wherever necessary to obtain consumer insights as an input to brand strategy.
- Brand equity building: Develop the communication strategy for brands when necessary, develop agency briefs and coordinate with an agency on developing communication for various brands.
- Initiate pack change when necessary, writing the creative brief, coordinating with the design agency, ensure label pre-test, manufacture liaison and label roll out.
- To constantly evolve ways to increase market share for each brand - assess the performance of such activity
