Group Product Manager

Core Responsibilities :

- You will be Coaching and guiding a team of APM & PM

- You will be accountable for end to end product strategy (roadmapping, prioritization, execution) for more than one product

- You will be the voice of products for LT and all cross functional leaders

- You are expected to establish industry research practices and actively participate in competitive benchmarking

- Be an evangelist inside and out to embed and drive the product vision and feature roadmap

- You are expected to Identify new business opportunities by leveraging product capabilities (Growth)

- You are expected to groom a healthy pipeline of problem statements that need to be brainstormed & validated

- You will be responsible for exhibiting business domain expertise for junior PM group

- You will be actively participating in brainstorming with business teams for process improvements

- You will actively collaborate with design team and contribute to design principles & language

Basic Qualifications :

- Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules

- Experience with developer / designers

- Experience with end to end product delivery

- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

- Bachelor's degree or higher or appropriate work experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and user communities alike

- Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly

- Intense customer focus
