Group Product Manager

We are currently looking for a Group Product Manager at Noida. The incumbent will be responsible for owning the business numbers for the particular product portfolio in terms of the revenue, profitability, working capital, channel strength & principals management, product roll out, partner sales enablement and training. This opportunity provides you exposure to a vibrant business environment and opportunity to work with industry leaders.

Role Description :

- Business Management

Profitability :

- Responsible for profitability for a particular product line and achieving overall revenue and profitability jointly with sales.

- Responsible for influencing the short and long term strategic direction and ensuring execution.

- Execute Go-To-Market strategy & design plan and execute the business plan to achieve the bottom line target.

- Product Strategizing, Planning & Positioning

- Defining product strategy and product positioning.

- Technology & technical migration of the products and prepare Go-to-Market.

- Establishing product pricing and estimation.

- Responsible for identification of new product lines within their portfolios.

- Responsible for training regional/field sales team on product line.

Managing Product Portfolio :

- To lead product portfolio to deliver consistent profitable brand growth.

- Create GTM strategy, partnerships and alliances to enhance product offerings.

- Act as a SPOC for Partners & vendors and negotiating with them for better prices or scheme.

- Effective and efficient use of various mediums for category expansion.

- Create innovation strategy for individual product line and finding solutions to product/brand issues by understanding partner & vendor needs.

- Gathering market and customer information.

- Responsible for inventory planning & management.

- Partner Development & Management

- Develop and train network of channel partners and hence evaluate their performance.

- Plan, design and drive channel schemes & demand generation activities.

- Maintain vendor rebates.
