Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Group Product Manager for a B2C marketplace with 6+ years of experience to lead our product initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of building products from 0 to 1, driving Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and optimizing user acquisition and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple stakeholders, oversee product performance, and drive product pricing and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, focusing on building products from 0 to 1.

- Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies that align with the company's objectives and target market, ensuring successful product launches.

- User Acquisition & Engagement: Drive user acquisition strategies and work on improving user engagement through data-driven insights and product enhancements.

- Product Performance: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-informed decisions to optimize product outcomes.

- Product Pricing: Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize market penetration and profitability.

- Product Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.

- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and meet user expectations.

Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building products from 0 to 1.
Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring product teams, with strong people management skills.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute on complex projects with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and navigating cross-functional teams.

Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus from Premium Institute.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools.

Experience in driving product growth in both startup and established environments.
