Group Product Head - Retail Finance Division

- Responsible for the P&L of the Retail Finance division

- Product strategy and Portfolio management (including marketing, client experience and business analytics)

- Experience in multiple lending products is a must

- Experience and comfort in delivering high technology initiatives with a keen focus on the use of analytics

- Lead a team of product managers to drive the LAS, LAP, Affordable Housing and Consumer Durables Products

- Develop the product offerings and work across departments to ensure that the best in class customer experience is made available

- End to end product lifecycle management from inception to building a robust profitable book

- End to end customer lifecycle management from lead generation to disbursement, collections and management reporting
