We have an opening with a leading private bank for the position of a Group Product Head - Debit Cards based in Mumbai.

Grade : Chief Manager

Job responsibilities :

- New product development and design

- Rewards management

- New payment channel development and design

- Product management and partner management

- Process management and re-engineering from time to time

- Tracking product performance

- Competitive analysis

- Meeting compliance guidelines

- Managing stake-holders like Operations, IT, Customer Service etc

Person Requirements :

- Premier B School pass out with 7 or 8 years of work experience

- Experience in Cards domain would be preferred.

- People with experience in other banking product roles will also be considered
