Group Partner - Financial Planning & Analysis - Travel/Hospitality - CA

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Group Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner would join and lead a new team in in Bangalore.

- The individual will be working directly with the central finance team in London and closely with another new role in Bangalore.

- Supporting the management and development of the Group reporting process across all cycles (actuals, forecasts, budgets)

- Review of reported results and financial plans (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)

- Production of monthly reporting covering; Certain cost types (People, IT, Property etc.)

- Results to the Groups Executive Leadership Team and Broad Results to key stakeholders (Regulators, Lenders, etc.)

- Adhoc analysis as required.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- CA /MBA with 6 years of work experience

- Proven track record in working international organisations

- Excellent analytical skills and precision.

- Very high proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint.

- Excellent understanding of data in reporting tools / processes
