Position : Group Manager / Consultant
Qualification: Graduate
Relevant Experience
1) 6-7 years of relevant experience
2) 8-10 years of overall experience
Preferred skills
1) Six Sigma Black belt trained/certified with good knowledge of Lean practices
2) Strong knowledge of Quality principles and techniques
3) Needs to have worked in a Third party environment & have good stakeholder management
4) Certification in ISO, PMP or other quality practices will be an added advantage
5) Strong Communication & presentation skills
6) Should have worked in F&A (P2P, R2R or O2C) or HRO domain
7) Should be well versed with set up of Transactional Quality & managing on a regular basis
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Drive Improvement projects on processes to improve
a. Productivity
b. Quality
c. SLA
d. Revenue
e. Other metrics basis the requirement/opportunity
2) Interact with client/internal stakeholders to drive & influence improvement objectives
3) Lead global projects in Operational Excellence
4) People manager for a team
5) Manage end to end Transactional Quality across F&A and HRO domain
6) Drives the OE program for a client/clients in a site/across sites
7) Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma & lean projects and drive it in Operations
Mandatory Requirements:
1) Min 6 years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence
2) BB certified/trained
3) Should have executed atleast 5-6 GB/BB or Lean projects and mentored 1-2 GB/BB projects
4) Willingness to work in shifts
