Job Role :-
Key Job Responsibilities:
Formulation & Development of Annual Brand Plans for the portfolio assigned and ensure their smooth implementation in order to achieve the Set Brand Objectives
Achievement of Brand Objectives - Net Sales, Net & Gross Contributions, Market Share for the Portfolio
Monitor Brand Budgets & Manage brand support expenditure in line with A&P Plans
Commission Research & Analyze MR data to understand Consumers, Brand-Consumer Interactions and Brand Issues, if any. To Identify & Implement suitable Corrective Actions to address the identified Brand Issues
Work with External Agencies to implement Brand Communication & Promotions
Identify NPD Opportunities & work towards developing brands to leverage these
Liaise with Sales & Distribution, Trade Marketing, R & D and Operations to ensure Smooth Implementation & Operationalization of Key Brand Initiatives & Activities
Candidate Requirement :-
MBA from good B-schools with minimum 5 yrs experience in brand/product management and rest in sales
Mumbai based candidates 1st preferred
