Key Responsibilities:-
- Develop and enhance content for tower specific modules across different stages of account life cycle
- Deliver domain based trainings to participants as per their proficiency levels
- Build, conduct and evaluate assessment / case studies for different programs
- Co-ordinate and project manage training programs in collaboration with LA team and stakeholders
- Build training programs by towers for employees basis their current competency levels
- Liaising with the client to understand training needs for a certain project and effectively implementing tailor made training programs to assist successful transition of the project
Specifications:-
- Overall 8-12 yrs of work experience
- Experience in F&A Training or Operation 5 Years Plus
- Excellent knowledge of F&A domain (P2P/O2C/R2R)
- To support trainers in conducting the training
- Manage training governance and ensure adherence to various audits (ISO/OPEX/etc.)
- Has developed and implemented learning roadmaps for global clients with exposure to relevant technology platforms
- Working knowledge of ERPs (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in training need analysis and training delivery
Qualifications :- Any Graduate/ PG/ MBA - Finance
