- Green Belt Certified Mandatory, Black Belt Trained Certified Preferred.
- Drive improvement initiatives that positively impact client profitability

- Solve business problems with innovative ideas and provide insight through statistical analysis
- Identify process gaps and suggest automation's
- Coach and train Green Belt aspirants
- Proactive and able to handle multiple projects at single time
- Good communication and managing stakeholder skills
- Expert in using mini tab
- Candidates who have worked on BFS projects preferred.
- Preference to MBA's.
