Job Purpose: To create and sustain the Company’s culture by managing change at the organizational, team and individual level

- To maintain and enhance the engagement levels of employees by monitoring the drivers of engagement
- Create and sustain the culture of Company’s through various interventions
KRAs:
- Culture building: Define the tenets of Company’s culture, Plan interventions and monitor its implementation to bring the culture alive in the organization
- Promoting innovation: Ensure a culture of innovation by engaging employees at all levels, Improving the quality of ideas by specific training
- Engagement quotient: Ensure right communication channels in place, Ensure implementation of fun at work activities so that employees are distressed, Ensure wellness programs for employees to bring about work-life balance
