Job Description :
- To pro-actively contribute to the formulation and direction of the E-Commerce strategy and implement projects and initiatives such as excellent post purchase experience to Brand.com customers and best industry experience for market place orders across geographies
- Effectively Coordinate with all Warehouses and all Marketplace partners to ensure that orders are processed and picked up by Marketplace logistics daily
- Effectively liaise with all warehouse and stores (for BOSS orders) to ensure that the orders are processed and are ready for pickup by our logistics partners
- Effectively coordinate with various logistic partners to ensure smooth/timely pickup and delivery of orders for Brand.com, App & Omnichannel
- Ensure all return requests from customers are picked up in coordination with logistic partners.
Essential Competencies :
- At least 3+ years of experience in working on Mobile App led revenue retention and remarketing campaigns at scale
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, app based marketing and/or product growth
- Prior Experience with Omni Channel marketing a preference
