- Customer Relationship Management
- Data Analysis, Preparation of Reports, Dashboards for MRMs.
- People Management, Attrition management.
- Identify Operational issues & assisting to fix up Knowledge gaps for team (if any).
- Hands on experience on Process Improvement Projects, mentoring six sigma projects etc.
- Work Experience in healthcare industry/ RCM/ Coding role
Manage a 100 - 150 member team for RCM and Medical Coding.
Work timings will be US
Develop and maintain Client and internal stakeholder relationship
Excellent leadership and client engagement skills
Should have minimum managed large teams in excess of 75 - 100 members in the past.
