Group Manager - Marketing Operations - Tech Retail/FMCG

Job Profile

- Pro-actively contribute to the formulation and direction of the E-Commerce strategy and implement projects and initiatives.

- Effectively Coordinate with all Warehouses and all Marketplace partners to ensure that orders. are processed daily and ready for pickup by logistics partners

- Effectively coordinate with various logistic partners to ensure timely pickup and delivery

- Ensure all return requests from customers are picked up in coordination with logistic partners

Qualification: MBA (Premier B School) Work Experience: 5 to 7 years

- At least 3+ years of experience in working on Mobile App led revenue retention and remarketing

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, app-based marketing and/or product growth

- Prior Experience with Omni Channel marketing.
