Job Description/KRA:

- Project Manager for New CRM/DMS Program (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and other commercial applications

- Lead for Cross functional system integration such as SAP, PLM, CTI and Other B2B / B2C applications

- Vendor Management for multiple MNC

- License and Budget Management pertains to applications

- Responsible for Project management and Support IT Business application

- Experience Project Lifecycle Management and Enterprise implementation

- Very good exposure in SDLC project management methodologies of waterfall and agile

- Ability to build strong relationship with all Stakeholders (Management) and to turn proposals in to reality

- Ensure the projects are delivered to the Highest quality and within budget

- Manage IT Budget as per agreed organizational target and Optimize IT Spend

- Responsible for identifying, analysing, measuring and Managing project risks

- Strong analytical, Interpersonal, Problem solving, Written and Communication skills

- Good International exposure of handling different business specifications

- Exposure in System integration with diversity of applications and cross functional such as MS Dynamics/ Dynamics 365

- Drive business benefit through usage of Analytics dashboards and Advanced analytics strategies

- 4 full life cycle implementation experience in Dealer Management System (Oracle-Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Qualification:

- 12 years of experience

- BE Degree in information systems, computer Science or related technical discipline
