Opening-Group Manager - Internal Audit ( Industry opening), reporting to Head- Internal Audit

Team size- 5 to 6 ( Exe/AM level )

Mandatory criteria : B.com + CA (Must) with academic record, Preferably Article-ship from reputed Consulting firm.

- Conversant in SAP (Must)

- Approx 10 yrs post qualification experience in Internal Audit with any big & reputed Manufacturing organisation with there Corporate Audit Department & having confidence to present to the senior management on his own.

Main purpose of job :

- To supervise and guide the internal audit team on ongoing basis, with the purpose to provide them continuous inputs to ensure that the audits are complete, both from assurance and efficiency improvement perspective.

- The primary focus would be sales, supply chain, financial and commercial functions.

KPIs :

- Timely conduct of audits as per the annual audit plan.

- Adherence to audit coverage versus scope.

- Adherence to Internal Audit Manual

- Efficiency improvements recommended to the management.

- Timely preparation of Audit Reports, executive summaries, audit committee presentations etc

- Adherence to Performance Management system timelines and guidelines.

- Employee training and development

- Full utilization of SAP for internal audits to ensure maximum coverage.
