Qualifications - Post Graduate- Demonstrated experience (12+ years) in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and functional consulting. - Strong understanding of global HR processes and regulations. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Project management experience is advantageous. - SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
