Group Manager/Head - Onsite Payroll - BPO/ITeS

Key Responsibilities are:

- Head Payroll for 50+ overseas countries / entities

- Ensure that employees world-wide are paid correctly and in time, and statutory deductions/payments are happening in time

- Managing relations with Payroll vendors, contract renewals, HR for inputs/policy, with finance for payouts

- System knowledge, changes, automation, process improvements

- Responsible for Payroll Accounting, provisions, actuarial valuation within timelines, MIS, Internal and statutory audits

- Responsible for management and delivery of team SLAs (20+ employees)

- Ensure proper internal process and audit control are in place throughout the payroll process

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge and experience of the payroll process and statutory compliance and local laws of various countries

- Candidates must be working only in payroll

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/M.Com/CMA graduate is required

- 15+ years of experience in Onsite Payroll (US/Canada/Europe/Africa/Middle East/APAC countries)
