Skills : Exposure to Design tools like Pro-E / Unigraphics or any 3-D CAD Packages

- Experience in managing off-shore engineering teams supporting companies across the globe

- Experience in working with cross-disciplinary teams (including electrical, software, process, manufacturing engineers) for major projects

- Experience in Managing Managers and must have handled multiple teams/ projects(team size not less than 50) and multiple business units

- Excellent people management skills is mandatory

Work Location : Bangalore

Experience : 15 - 25 Years

Education : Mechanical/Chemical Engineer with MBA
