Looking for Group Manager Role for DB Domain..

- Support and assist in driving the , strategy, and best practices necessary to produce the highest quality software for outsourcing's internal and external clients

- Drive the support and adherence of the Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including project estimation, project plans, test strategies, test plan writing, execution, and related documentation

- Manage the Requirements Lifecycle throughout the project with an emphasis on reusability and efficiency

- Collaborates with onshore stakeholders to communicate project status, resource needs and escalates issues that may arise to onshore Management team

- Collaborate in the execution of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), participation in the refinement of our SDLC, and partnership with other groups such as PMO, Development, and Technical Product Management, Implementation & Configuration teams to insure successful execution of projects

- Individual should be able to work within a project orientated framework and engage project stakeholders (both internal & external ) in a high-pressure and complex environment.

- Responsible for the analysis of data in order to successfully complete tasks directed by the project manager and migration lead.

- Work closely with the incumbent system specialist on an installation to define data requirements and ensure data mapping results in accurate data loads

- Responsible to provide inputs on the organization initiatives being carried out in teams

- Responsible for Resource Planning, Growth of FTEs, Skill-set fit

- Assist in managing headcount for the span. Manage a team size of 40-50 people

- Foster an environment of recognition, innovation, and partnership amongst Application Development staff and our business partners

- Assist in managing the budget and headcount

- Leads the project planning effort with the development or technical lead on the project. This includes input on the estimate of work as well as the number and skill level of resources required

- Plans and coordinates project schedules and make assignments for multiple projects

- Utilizes his or her experience to help determine the impact to other functions, to anticipate obstacles in delivery.

- Create, coordinate and implement employee mandatory and technical training

- Supervises staff including mid-year and annual staff appraisals and performance reviews

- Assist in resource and recruitment planning
