Job Purpose:
- To Manage multiple products end to end processes in Credit ops
- Mentor and Coach the AMs and DM to be result oriented with accuracy
- Liaise with client for day to day operational issues.
- To ensure that process product level End to End MIS are reported accurately and timely
- To manage operations within given budget and implement cost effective measures.
- Ensure all processes are met within the desired standards of procedural compliance, completeness, accuracy and consistency.
- To ensure process improvements are implemented to reduce re work and improve efficiency
Key Result Areas:
- To ensure that TAT against SLA is met and exceeded.
- To measure, evaluate and continuously improve self productivity.
- To minimize risk and avoid possible loss by ensuring accuracy in documentation checking.
- To ensure that the department achieves an Acceptable Risk Rating in all internal & external audits.
- To communicate maintain effective communication with client with zero escalations.
- Operating Environment, Framework And Boundaries, Working Relationships.
- To keep required focus on customer service.
- To achieve the required volume of work within the established deadlines / service standards.
- To contribute to process performance and development of effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
- To work closely with other units within Credit Ops
- Ensure 100% achievement of customer experience.
- Operate in a high pressure, credit automation driven environment.
Problem Solving:
- Identifying and resolving process errors with the concerned unit / managers / branch / sales staff.
- Recommend process improvements through root cause analysis of problems to management.
- Interpersonal conflict resolution - To ensure satisfactory conduct of relationship and early rectification of other issues.
Decision Making Authority & Responsibly:
- To ensure motivation level in the unit is consistently high.
- Identify and suggest changes to enhance and improve processes, and increase productivity.
- Identify process errors and implement internal control measures.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- University Graduate or Related Work Experience
- Should have completed at least one year in the current job function.
- Should have been consistently delivering excellent performance.
- Should be capable of handling unit responsibilities.
- Should be a responsible individual who is also willing to readily stretch to meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication and PC skills.
- Job holder should be able to multi task and be willing to work in shifts.
