Role : Group Manager/ AVP- Data Analytics
Job description :
- Overall DA Strategy and Business Development
- Responsible for managing existing client relationships
- Responsible for account mining and developing new client relationships in the DA space
- Responsible for creating a presence in the Global Analytics space
- Responsible to work closely with the Senior management in developing and implementing strategic plans for DA
- Responsible for resource planning, hiring and thought leadership for the group at large
Team Development :
- Manage a team of Business Analysts, Senior Business Analysts and Managers
- Lead team members, including personal development and set work direction
- Group development by building expertise in new domains and processes.
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Responsible for productivity, utilization and quality of output of the group
- Development of training modules and imparting training to the group
Project Delivery :
- Lead multiple Analytics engagements and responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insights needed to drive DA programs across multiple clients & projects
- Provide thought leadership in a number of areas related to DA projects, including predictive modeling, customer segmentation, reporting & analysis, data processing and cleansing.
- Demonstrate strong functional expertise by providing content leadership on projects.
- Improve existing delivery processes and lead automation where applicable.

- Be able to innovate constantly to drive competitive advantage to the company and its clients
- Ability to collaborate across geographies to build teams of synergetic strengths with the aim to build knowledge and expertise
- Ability to consistently deliver excellence
Demonstrable hands-on project delivery experience
- Experience with global retail banks in the area of marketing analytics customer acquisition models, cross sell models, customer loyalty, retention, attrition models, media mix/marketing mix models, res-ponder models/approval models, digital channels/web channels etc.
- Experience of working on SAS, SQL. Exposure to any reporting/BI tools will be desired.
