Group Leader Technical Service PP Compounds

- Technical services to customers/market development

- Customer Complaints addressing & resolution

- New Grade Development /Existing Grade Modification/Grade Specification update

- Import grades monitoring

- Benchmarking of Grades V/S Domestic & Imported Grades

- Additives Evaluation, Support for Production Planning/Sequencing of grades

- Assistance to Sales for Release/Mapping of grades/lots to specific customers

- In-house Analytical Evaluation /Market Feedback Analysis on various grades (New/Modified)

- Generate sales leads - active prospecting and marketing in assigned territory

- Evaluate sales leads and projects ad prospective and current customers

- Own the customer relationship in assigned territory - understand customers needs and communicate appropriately

- Participate in sales training, solid understanding of Cos product line

- Maximized face-to-face time with customers

- Collect necessary information for quotes

- Support and attend conferences and trade shows

- Prepare presentation material as required for sales calls

Negotiation of orders

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with 3+ Years of Experience in segments like flexible packaging, blow molding, Injection molding, Polymer testing & worked with Polyethylene & Polypropylene

2. You are result-oriented and can work independently

3. You have experience in evaluating sales opportunities

4. Experience in B2B sales is required

5. Application knowledge or experience in plastics processing (preferable extrusion) is preferred

6. Experience in selling complex technical solutions is preferred
