A well reputed company, established in 1985, is one of the leading companies in the business of production and marketing of Polyester Films, Engineering Plastics and Specialty Polymers. Company recorded the turnover of ~ $175 million in the FY ended on March 31, 2014 and is set to grow exponentially by way of production capacity expansions and various innovative marketing and product development initiatives.

Job profile:

- Assist in formulation of film sales and marketing strategies for overseas markets aligned with company's vision and film business plan.

- Accountable for achieving annual targets of:

a) sales volume

b) sales realization

c) product mix of high margin products

d) profits in the region.

- Responsible for developing the Go To market plan & monthly sales planning for the region

- Leveraging existing customer relationships and identify emerging opportunities to generate new business prospects:

a) responsible for growing top line and maximizing sales realization

b) driving increased volume of VA (Value Added) products

- Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationship with customers- ensure smooth sales & service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction in the region

- Establish value proposition with customers and garner premium in the competitive market place

- Market Intelligence: Analyze and monitor market demand/supply trends in the region

a) undertake specific research on customers

b) conduct market intelligence for the region

- Providing inputs for business growth through Innovation, New Product & Application Development; customer need capture for NPD by supporting the customer technical support representative

- Should be well versed with tools/processes such as SAP, market intelligence, MIS, benchmarking, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word etc)

Skills Required:

- Strategic and Analytical ability with good financial acumen

- Highly energetic, self motivated with drive for setting and achieving stretched targets.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills

- High Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively

- Excellent Communication skills with good networking abilities
