Job Title: Group HR Specialist - Talent Acquisition and Placement (E-commerce)

Location: Mumbai

Overview:

As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Group HR Specialist who has expertise in E- commerce Industry with a forte in Talent Acquisition, Placement, Negotiation, and Head Hunting to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Group HR Specialist will be responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts across the organization, from sourcing and attracting candidates to placing them in appropriate roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, negotiation, and headhunting, with the ability to identify top talent and facilitate their placement within the company. This role will involve collaborating closely with managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct headhunting.

- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

- Collaborate with managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and its responsibilities.

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including conducting job interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.

- Negotiate offers with candidates, considering factors such as salary, benefits, and career advancement opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience 5 - 10 Years in talent acquisition, placement, negotiation, and headhunting, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with candidates and hiring managers.

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
