Group HR Role
Location : Anywhere in North India
Responsibilities:
- Group HR provides specialist services to the businesses in the areas of staffing, learning, leadership development, rewards and benefits, job analysis and evaluation, performance management, organisational development, human resource management systems, etc.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Developing plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health, and safety, etc.
- Developing and implementing strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development, etc.
- Supervising HR personnel and providing expert guidance
- The HR department is accountable for developing and accomplishing the goals of the company.
- Having talented employees can help focus and meet the objectives that matter most to the organisation.
- Decision-making can involve intuition or reasoning or both, but a good decision is based on a proper logical reason.
