Group HR Head - Corporate
The layout of Primary job responsibilities will be as per the following :
1) Formulation and review of HR policies in line with organisational objectives.
2) Implementation of HRM and HRP from a strategic and operational perspective
3) Employee engagement and organisational development
4) Compensation and benefits review and policies
5) Performance management and formulation of key HR metrics
6) Costing and budgeting for allocation of requisite resources
7) Talent acquisition and management
9) Change management initiative and establishing HR processes
Pre-requisites for befitting candidates :a) Currently should be engaged as Head/Director of HR
b) Strong working knowledge of employee relations, employment law issues and the ability to apply the same to a variety of situations using a pragmatic and logical approach
c) Candidates from Power/Service industry shall be given preference
d) Post Graduation from Institute of repute with specialization in HR desired
