Group Head - Treasury & Ratings - NBFC

Job Description :

- Prepare the borrowing strategy for the entire group. Borrowing in excess of around 1,00,000 Crs

- Analyze economic developments, interest rate movement and accordingly position the duration of liability to take maximum benefit

- Analyze the regulatory changes which can impact balance sheet and accordingly form strategies to insulate from any adverse impact

- Manage FTP for the group

- Manage relationship with marquee investors for the group

- Manage the Ratings of the group

- Liason with the Rating Agencies and effectively communicate group strategy

Candidates must haves :

- Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt)/ MBA (Finance- From Tier-I College) with at least 10+ Years of experience in the following :

a. Fund Raising

b. Fixed Income Market

c. Macro and Micro Economy updates

d. Balance sheet Management

e. Risk Management
