Roles and Responsibilities :
- Employer branding strategy
- Campus Strategy formulation and execution
- Coordinate with the recruitment agencies and the HODs for the hiring process
- Stakeholder Management and ensuring the good recruiting experience
Recruitment dashboards :
- End to End Recruitment including onboarding
- Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search
- Preparing a recruitment plan for all MS & other positions as per manpower plan
- Organize selection process
- Reduction of Manpower hiring cost
- Co-ordinate with candidates for administrative requirements while joining.
- Ensure the joining process for Management and staff level positions as per policy
- Prepare orientation plan and ensure induction meetings are conducted as per plan.
- MBA/ PGDM in Human Resources (Full Time)
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization preferably from Steel, Aluminium, or Manufacturing industries
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
- Ability to be strategic towards business outcomes and manage daily deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.)
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
- Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities
