Job Description : Role : As the Group Head of Marketing, you will lead and coordinate marketing strategies across our diverse portfolio of businesses, including coal logistics, commercial real estate, investments, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing plans that align with each business unit's objectives and contribute to overall company growth and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Planning:

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for each business unit aligned with their unique goals and market dynamics.

- Coordinate with business unit leaders to ensure marketing strategies support their specific objectives and contribute to overall corporate goals.

Brand Management:

- Manage and enhance the brand positioning and reputation of each business unit within their respective industries.

- Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns tailored to each business unit's target audience and market segment.

Campaign Management and Execution:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Social Media Management

- Develop and implement social media strategies for each business unit, utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and industry-specific forums.

- Manage social media content creation, publishing schedules, and community engagement to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for each business unit to identify market opportunities, customer insights, and industry trends.

- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with business unit leaders and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive integrated marketing efforts.

- Support product launches, investment offerings, and CSR initiatives with effective marketing communication strategies.

CSR and Corporate Communications:

- Develop and execute CSR communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation and demonstrate commitment to social responsibility.

- Coordinate CSR initiatives and communicate their impact internally and externally through various channels.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget for each business unit and CSR initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Vendor / Agency Management:

- Identify and manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners.

- Ensure vendors deliver high-quality services and meet agreed-upon timelines and budgetary constraints.

Team leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across multiple business, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to achieve individual and collective marketing goals.
