Experience : at least 5+ years in the Lead Role as Head, 5+ years in the Healthcare.
Qualification : MCA / BE / DOECC B Level
Job Description :
- Implement, configure, administer and support IT applications.
- Monitor applications and take corrective actions to prevent or minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system related problems and where required, coordinate with internal or external service providers.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining written company Policies and Procedures as required.
- Gather, analyze, document and priorities technology related business requirements and technology-related solutions for solving business problems / hospital process automation
- Propose the best software coding languages, databases and other related technologies for adoption by the business for various requirements. E.g.: website
- Develop, alone or in teams, software applications for the Hospital
- Document and maintain documentation of all business applications appropriately including quote comparison, license, activation key, AMC and key contacts for further support / maintenance
- Install and configure securely and appropriately all business applications
- Implement and maintain software and data access rights and controls.
- Periodically review and document the configurations of business applications and related technologies to ensure they are secure and optimally configured.
- Continuously monitor all running business software to identify, correct, all security vulnerabilities, bugs, breaches and other non-optimal occurrences and report to VP Operations.
- Identify, plan and execute the implementation of new applications, upgrades and patches to applications.
- Ensure that new software integration into our systems meets functional requirements and system compliance.
- Build custom reports and dashboards to support management decision making.
- Acumen for gathering healthcare customer requirement and providing custom-made software solutions to solve specific business problems
- Implement IT Helpdesk system and devices remedial measures to reduce recurrence of issues through training of users, among other measures.
- Ensure there are adequate and verified backups of all company data, software and licenses; and the same is archived in a safe /secure location away from the server room
- Ensure that all company data and software are updated and comply with all legal and business policy requirements.
- Identify and meet users training requirements to use the business software efficiently
- Respond to and resolve software support requests from software users on a 24x7 basis.
- Recommend the appropriate IT infrastructure requirements to support company's data and software
