The Group Head HR will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end HR functions across the group by implementing HR strategies and processes and executing an effective operational strategy. This role will ensure alignment with business goals, drive organizational performance, and foster a positive work environment across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Lead and oversee the recruitment process to attract top-tier talent, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. Develop recruitment strategies that support business objectives and enhance employer branding.

- Talent Management: Manage talent planning, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Ensure that the organization has a pipeline of skilled talent to meet its future needs and growth.

- Training & Development: Identify and address training and development needs across the organization. Implement programs that enhance employee skills, foster leadership development, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention. Build and maintain programs that encourage open communication, recognition, and a positive organizational culture.

- HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including policy implementation, HR systems management, and process optimization to ensure smooth operations across all HR functions.

- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant regulations, and alignment with compensation strategies. Oversee benefits administration and resolve any payroll-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with minimum 15+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.

Skills:

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

- Proven experience in developing and managing training and development programs.

- Knowledge of payroll processes and HR compliance.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
