Job Description :
- Develop and deliver a strategic Cyber Security vision and direction for the company business globally.
- Provide advice and practical assistance on cyber security challenges for the company, our partners and our customers
- Development of Cyber Security Strategy and conducting value-based Risk Assessment
- Development of Cyber Security roadmaps, business cases and remediation plans
- Development of Cyber operations policies and procedures
- Lead the implementation of Cyber technology solutions and integration in the areas of security events correlation, threat and vulnerability management, analytics and other emerging technology
- Support due diligence processes by current and prospective partners/customers.
- Assist with annual security reviews of 3rd party suppliers.
- Stay abreast of emerging Cyber threats and new mitigation technologies.
- Train staff and maintain staff awareness in regard to Cyber threats.
- Develop secure coding standards and train developers.
- Create, implement and maintain a continuous improvement plan for security in conjunction with the Head of Infrastructure
- Working closely and collaborating with the Regional CIO's Head of Infrastructure, Head of Engineering and Business stakeholders with the aim of meeting current and future business needs
- Assist with the ongoing recruitment needs for the Infrastructure team in conjunction with other stakeholders, as it pertains to security needs within the business
- Ensure that the skills and experience of Infrastructure team are consistent with the technology and business needs going forward - providing quality for present and future services
- Articulating to the rest of the business the Cyber Security vision, opportunities, and challenges
- Identifying and implementing new Cyber Security approaches and products as appropriate
- Responsible for his/her own work planning against objectives set in agreement with the CIO
- Accountable and responsible for effective financial management, planning and monitoring of the Infrastructure team
- Provide monthly information to enable the creation of financial results and forecasts for the above team.
