Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency having spans across countries; India, UAE, USA, Malaysia, and industries; insurance, education, food-tech, health-tech, cryptocurrency, FMCG, appliances, etc. In the last 12 years, our client has powered the digital growth of many start-ups, that are now enjoying unicorn status in India.
Location: Bangalore, work from Office
Who are we looking for:The ideal candidate would be someone who has a proven track record of working on at least 3-4 larger scale SEO projects and handling teams. We would prefer the candidates from start-ups or digital agency background.
Skills Required:- Extensive experience (at least 6+ years) in leading SEO & Organic initiatives across industries
- Strong knowledge of SEO Tools (keyword tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming frog etc.)
- Should be able to frame strategies for 5X-10x traffic/leads/revenue growth.
- Experience with SEO reporting.
- SEO team leadership and management experience in a results-focused environment.
About the Role:
1. SEO Practice Growth:- End-to-End ownership of allocate SEO accounts delivery
- Active participation in the pitches and client negotiations
- Team growth; Planning career progression, hiring and grooming SEO talent in the organization.
2. Innovation:- Planning 3 months, 6 months and 12 months client goals and SEO strategy
- Competition benchmarking and quarterly business reviews with the client
- Tracking and implementing best global practices in the organization
Roles and Responsibilities:- Create strategy and roadmap with initiatives to grow organic discovery/visibility via SEO.
- Strong domain skills with experience and success achieved in multiple KPI's -
- Impressions, Clicks, Leads, sales, revenue etc.
- Exposure to multiple industries ; large scale to start ups in ecommerce, finance, health etc. is a huge plus.
- Proficient in Google sheets, Excel, Data studio, Google analytics, GTM, GSC.
- Work with a team to drive day-to-day execution of organic initiatives, tracking, and reporting of metrics. Work with the content team to drive content calendar and execution of content marketing initiatives (website, YouTube, etc.)
- Work cross-functionally to drive SEO optimizations, integrations of new tools/APIs on web & app, identify trends and insights from data and user journey (pre and post subscription).
- Define and evolve metrics to measure the impact of SEO initiatives (Eg. Organic impressions, Keyword rankings, Organic traffic, leads from organic, etc).
- Create daily, weekly and monthly reports to track impact on business metrics.
- Experience on SEO automation is a plus. Understanding of SEO Python scripts,
- SEO reports/dashboards automation etc.
