Leadership and Management:

- Lead and mentor the influencer marketing team to achieve their goals and grow professionally.

- Oversee the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

- Ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Strategy Development:

- Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.

- Identify and engage with top influencers across various platforms to build long-term relationships.

- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and on-brand.

Client Relations:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and campaign updates.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

- Identify opportunities for client growth and upselling additional services.

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, using data to drive decisions and optimize results.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to clients and senior management.

- Implement strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.

Business Development:

- Support the business development team in acquiring new clients and expanding the agency's portfolio.

- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Stay informed about competitors and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.

- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, clients, and internal teams.

- Highly organized with strong project management skills.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Experience working in an agency environment is preferred.
