Candidate profile : An incumbent should be with 15 to 25 experience from big Indian corporates with experience in

- Litigation - Civil & criminal

- Non-litigation

- Vetting drafting & negotiations employment related contracts/Suppliers contracts/Property related agreements buying /Software agreements etc.

- Should have been number one in a corporate of at least 500 crores.

- Experience with a corporate & law firm is a must.

Age-should be around 40 to 50 years

Qualification : LLB degree
