Group Finance Controller - eCommerce - CA

Job Profile:

- Owning the P&L health as well as driving financial controllership of the supported business verticals

- Identifying business risks and opportunities; creating scalable mechanisms and helping simplify complexity

- Ability to look at larger picture while balancing the same aptitude of going into details as and when required

- Developing business cases for new ideas, continuous improvement, and standardization of processes. Including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives

- Provide strategic guidance and analytic/decision making support for evaluating and prioritizing new business ideas, providing the leadership, management, and vision to ensure that the organization has the necessary and appropriate financial direction, operational controls, administrative and reporting process.

- Hiring and managing high performing team. Motivating and developing a team to nurture talent and grow internal progression.

Desired Profile:

- CA with at least 12+ years of post-qualification experience, across corporate finance and business finance.

- Industry experience in e-commerce / FMCG / Retail

- Demonstrated experience of successfully driving complex projects.
