Having 10 to 15 years POST-QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE alone need to apply.

Job Description & Job Competence :

Accounting/ audit closure :

- Preparation of financial statements for the purpose of NBFC reporting

- Quarterly preparation of financial statements for all operating companies

- Liaise with Auditor for completion of audit of the Companies

Process for purchase/ sale of investments :

- Responsible for executing all investments transaction

- Need to understand the process involved in executing various investments and design a process/ controls for executing the various investments

Banking transactions including payments :

- Responsible for undertaking banking transactions

- Should have exposure to regulations/ forms/ documentation for undertaking various types of banking transactions - foreign payments, fund transfers

Taxation :

- Advance tax payments

- Completion of tax audits

Compliances - NBFC, Secretarial compliances, FEMA :

- Filing of returns/ compliances with NBFC regulation

- Complying with secretarial compliances

Internal control process :

- Designing/ monitoring internal control process relating to various activities undertaken the Group

- Bank payments/ receipts

- Investments

- Fixed assets

Position is based out of CHENNAI. Candidates living at Chennai and would like to move to Chennai would be preferred.
