We are looking for an HR/IR Head profile, for a leading Manufacturing Industry.

The candidate knowing Kannada language is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for end-to-end statutory compliance, MIS, and administration complete initial reporting, accident investigations, communication work restrictions, claim adjuster correspondence, tracking, and claim review analysis for settlements.

- Develop/update labour policies, contract & blue colour labour staff ,attendance and payroll management. Handle grievance procedures ,showcause notice/Legal Issues Manage dispute resolutions involving unions, management, employees or government agencies, etc.

- Ensure the HR staff is knowledgeable about union, contract & respective compliance Advise management on contract negotiations and similar management-union relations.Licence renewals, follow factory act Rules and Regulations Guide HR Team regarding personnel policies

- Create and revise union contracts Head monthly labour management meetings Prepare documentation regarding labour relations assignments - Define and communicate SOPs with respect to enabling functions (HR, Admin, Safety & Compliance) within factory operations

- Structured cyclical audit schedules to have preventive approach towards deviations in factory operations

- Housekeeping and hygiene audit ownership and actions pertaining to Internal Audit report findings

- Operations HR - Recruitment of Labour, staff upto Asst Manager Level, Time Office, attendance, leaves, payroll, salary fitment, manpower reports & analytics and employee relations for the units

- To ensure safe and ergonomic work environment to all employees inside the factory premises. Provide adequate training and safety communication periodically to ensure perpetual alertness to safety parameters.

- Train up all employees on all safety awareness issue; maintain all kinds of training records and provide leadership to the Occupational Health Centers (Medical Centers) and ensure smooth running of OHC

- Full time MBA/MSW in HR with 20yrs+ exp in Manufacturing industry
