JOB DETAILS :

Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech in Engineering , preferably in Electrical & Electronics / Mechotronics

Experience : 15 to 22 years Engineering / Project experience in Food industry. Exposure to Confectionery will be an advantage.

Role : Group Engineering & Projects Head

Location : Lagos , Nigeria.

Maintenance

a) Purpose : Manage maintenance , Up gradation of P&M & related infrastructure. To install CBMS / other maintenance systems so as to ensure effective asset utilization and productivity. To effectively operate within the budget laid down and statutory & regulatory norms.

- Produce & deliver products & services – Provide Engineering support

- PM plan , spare parts management , develop new supplier , etc

- Analysis of Plant down time & address root causes , support the crew

- Monitor specific energy consumption of Fuel , Power , etc per ton of product

- Effectively operate within the optimal cost

- Statutory & regulatory compliance

- Review & Reporting

- Operating budgets

- Support QEHS programs

Projects :

b) Purpose : Completion of assigned Projects from concept to commissioning within the stipulated budget & timelines

- Project Management

- Selection of Capacity , Capability , appropriate technology , energy requirements , cost of conversion ,etc , construct and effectively implement the manufacturing network foot print

- Contract management

- Review & reporting

- Support Initial trials , commissioning and collectively ensure performance delivery of the Project with Production
