Job Title: Group Digital - Research and Document Support Analyst

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate preferred

Assigned Role:

Key skills required for Researcher and documentation specialist will include:

- At least two years- experience of fraud risk management - Accredited Counter Fraud Examiner or equivalent would be a distinct advantage.

- Experience of open source research.

- The ability to identify, triage and collate research from across relevant geographic regions.

- The researcher should have experience of undertaking and preparing research reports with minimal supervision.

- Very good written skills.

The Analyst should have experience of working in an offshore environment.

1) Communication (written and verbal) skills,

2) Proficient in Excel, word and PowerPoint

3) Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to recognize unusual scenarios, trends, or variations and communicate findings to supervisor or manager.

- Initiates and facilitates the sharing of process knowledge and best practices within the team and across the engagement, and is capable of impacting and influencing others.

- Develops and maintains documentation on projects and team assignments.

- Identifies, recommends and implements process improvements in procedures of team assignments.

- Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills

- Proactively recognizes problems within scope of responsibilities, draws from appropriate resources to identify options and solutions based on the relative cost benefit, then implements solutions.
