- The salary for this role is in range of 2-3 cr or more. We will only be able to revert to candidates in the right salary range fitting the profile.

- This is an Exec role and we are looking for people having managed organizations and people in scale of 3000+ in core operations role.

Our Client :

- Our client is arguably one of the largest Technology companies in the world catering to media sector.

- They are looking for a Group COO who will work as a right hand to their CEO and partner with the Exec Committee members in successfully driving the organizational vision and executing the operational strategy of the company.

- The role is based out of Mumbai.

Role :

COO will oversee company operations by supporting teams in various departments such as Finance, Technology, HR and Production in order to achieve the company's annual goals. His core responsibilities will be to :

- Support the evaluation, scheduling and allocation of various Shows/Projects in a manner that optimizes work share between the West and India

- Enable crewing, resourcing and recruitment through creative business ideas and by optimizing all our business locations

- Drive the execution of Shows by adhering to their financial targets/budgets by using all means necessary including but not limited to hiring in strategic locations, optimizing tax rebates etc.

- Understand and assesses our Technology needs from a business standpoint in conjunction with the Tech teams

- Scope out savvy technology solutions that are best suited for their utilization, geography, and sustainability

- Partner with the Tech and Commercials teams to optimize our tech utilization and expenditures

- Spearhead the initial actions required for any new business line or business location

- Liaise with government representatives, regulatory authorities, and local business partners to kick-start infrastructure, licensing, hiring needs etc.

- Manage capital investment and expenses across departments to ensure the company achieves targets relative to growth and profitability

- Monitor financial performance of the company through periodic tracking and course correction as needed

Ideal Candidate :

- Ideally you have excellent education pedigree (IIM/Ivy League) with 20+ years of experience in Technology /BPO/KPO/ consulting companies having managed a scale of 3000+ employees.

- You will have extensive experience within industry with a unique blend of both, business and management expertise.

- You have strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business from a creative point of view.
