Group Consolidation & Accounting Role - CA

Role & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of consolidated financial statement for the group

- Ensure timely completion and accuracy of consolidated financial statements for the group

- Responsible for formation and ensuring compliance to group accounting policies

- Lead and prepare board presentation for annual board meetings

- Lead reviews and audit with statutory auditors

- Responsible for monthly book closure activities along with financial schedules

- Ownership of Financial statements including PL, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow

- Drive Statutory and Tax Audit of standalone financials including subsidiaries

Candidate Profile:

- CA with more than 6 years of experience in group consolidation (must) ,reporting, accounting and audit.

- Candidate from Manufacturing, pharma, automotive, FMCG will be preferred.

- Candidate should be technically strong and good interpersonal skills
