Group Compliance Officer - LLB

Looking to hire Group Compliance Officer ( diversity profile). This is a senior Management role and the candidate should have experience of handling multiple countries.

The Global Compliance Officer is a senior-level executive responsible for ensuring that the organization operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards across all of its locations around the world.

Candidate requirement :

- LLB with min 10 years of experience in a compliance role.

- Hands on experience in investigations and who have managed international compliance, preferably in a regulated industry.

- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and data privacy laws.

- Experience conducting investigations and responding to whistleblowing complaints.

Desirable:

- The Global Compliance Officer must have a deep understanding of global compliance issues, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

- They should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and significant experience working in compliance or a related field. A law degree and experience working in multinational corporations or regulated industries is also preferred

Role :

- The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all relevant local & International laws, regulations, company policies and Customer codes.

- This person will be the custodian of Organisation Ethics Code and will provide oversight and guidance on compliance issues, customer code of conduct, ESG related compliances and will be responsible for all complaints received through WB channels and investigation of these complaints.

- They will investigate and respond to whistleblowing complaints and concerns, ensuring that all allegations are investigated thoroughly and in a timely manner.
