Analyst / Senior Analyst (Group Communications), Culture and Development

The candidate will be responsible for internal communications. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, a good writer, highly proficient in intranet / web content development, with good organization skills and a positive attitude.

- Develop and maintain robust communication channels for the organization both internally and externally

- Support senior management, business heads and other functions for all internal communications needs

- Write clear, concise and timely content that contributes to the overall branding and people strategy

- Ensure a constant flow of new content in order to populate on- and off-line channels

- Plan and coordinate events such as Town halls, Group-wide staff events as well as key external events, CSR communication, activities and events

The candidate will implement and monitor progress of corporate culture and development initiatives within the organization.
