Group CTO - Manufacturing Company for a growing Indian Brand Roles and Responsibilities: - Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages - Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time - Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget to ensure cost effectiveness - Supervise and coach team members - Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement along with designing training programs and workshops for staff - Running regular checks on network and data security and conducting regular system audits - Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Typically have several years of technology and business experience - Understand the role that technology plays in helping an organization achieve its overall business goals. He plays a key role in an organizations strategic planning, helping to identify and anticipate future technology needs, as well as improve efficiencies with current systems. - Person should have good communication skills.
