Group Chief Operations Officer / Head Group Admin - leading large chain of K12 Schools - Mumbai

One of the leading chain of Schools in India, with high quality education and academic excellence.

Currently nationwide with multi-city / multi-curriculum, the institution offers world-class educational services for the development of students.

The Group has over 10 Schools, with over 10,000 students (over 100 buses, centralized procurement operations)

The institution plans to reach 50+ schools - India & Middle East, in the next five years

The Role / Job Description:

1) To take charge of all India Operations - and take independent charge of Administration, Facility Management, Security, Purchase, Stores, Construction & Infrastructure development, Transport, Canteen of all Schools & Corporate Office (20,000 sq. ft.).

2) Maintaining high level of customer service - both Internal & External is important.

3) Strong relationship with vendor partners a must.

The Candidate Details

1) 45 - 55 yrs

2) BE + MBA preferred

3) With minimum 15 years of relevant experience of which minimum 5 years should be as National Head of above functions - in a people / location intensive sector - Retail Banking / QSR / Retail / Logistics / BPO etc.

4) Ex-Armed Forces Personnel with minimum 5 years of relevant corporate experience welcome.

5) Strong customer services / relationship management orientation, strong people & commercial skills, ability to multitask a must
