Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR department. The group CHRO will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, overseeing all HR functions, and ensuring a productive and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Craft strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.

- HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the overall human resources strategy that aligns with the company's goals, mission, and vision. Act as a key partner to the CEO and other senior leaders in driving business success through people initiatives.

- Career Development: Formulate and oversee career development plans.

- HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies.

- Learning & Development: Design and implement learning and development programs to build the skills and capabilities of the workforce, ensuring continuous growth and career advancement opportunities

- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure that the company offers competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that are aligned with industry standards and motivate employee performance.

- Performance Management: Lead the development and execution of performance management systems to ensure that employees' objectives align with the company's business goals and drive accountability.

- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are in compliance with local and national labor laws. Manage employee relations and ensure that the company adheres to ethical and legal standards.

- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts to support business transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and technological innovations.

- Employer Branding: Lead employer branding efforts, including for Group company and other business entities.

- HR Procedures: Analyze and improve the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor legislation and HR best practices.

- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and ensure effective communication throughout the process.

- HR Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.

- Performance Management: Establish performance management systems that align individual and organizational goals.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and foster a high-performance culture. Supervise HR Leads and provide strategic guidance on people issues
